cofndr is a co-founder matching platform designed to connect founders based on intent, working style, and availability. We facilitate introductions and conversations between potential co-founders but do not guarantee any specific outcomes or partnerships.

When you create an account, you agree to:

Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
You will find a suitable co-founder through our Platform
Any partnership formed through the Platform will be successful

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cofndr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless cofndr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
